Luke Monahan
Luke has consulted to organisations globally with specialisations in change management, leadership excellence, strategy development, resilience, conflict resolution and facilitation, also in mentoring and coaching leaders, boards and senior management teams. He has carried out extensive research into the culture of organisations and how to effect positive change throughout an organisation. He has a long track record in professional development and training as well as a frequent speaker at conferences nationally and internationally.
He provides customised training and leadership professional development programmes to a large range of organisations in both the private and public sectors including: The Health Service Executive, RTE – national broadcaster; Dublin Airport Authority; Deloitte; PwC; Hilton Hotels; Adare Manor; Mainstream Renewable Power, Astra Zenica; Kerry Group; Sport Ireland and Government Departments where he has facilitated stakeholder groups around change projects. He has extensive experience in leading Masters programmes and many other post-graduate programmes with University College Cork and Maynooth University among others.
His work in change management over more than twenty years linked with his expertise in mediation has in particular focused on facilitating the core people dimension in the change dynamic. His experience with constructively managing resistance and resolving conflict using the unique frameworks he has developed have enabled real change for people and organisations. He has been in leadership positions managing innovation and a commitment to excellence. He has published extensively in the educational arena.
