Maddy is a Director of Monahan Corless Resolution Intelligence (ReSolve), where she heads up operations, and Co-Founder and CEO of AshtonQs, an HR tech startup launching in early 2026.

She is currently a PhD candidate in Clinical Medicine at the University of the Witwatersrand, researching precision prevention strategies for hypertension in young adults in Soweto. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Cape Town.

With nearly eight years at Multiplex Partners in roles spanning research, organisational development consulting, and client innovations, Maddy brings together experience across management consulting, psychology, healthcare research, and technology. Her work sits at the intersection of human behaviour, health, and organisational development, creating solutions that enable meaningful transformation for individuals and organisations.
